Testimonials
I think Marina’s lesson is the best part of my week. Her yoga lessons are accurate, varied in postures, and combine strenuous physical effort with deep restorative poses and relaxation. Each lesson is a new and different experience but all lessons lead to rehabilitation of body and soul. Marina is a highly experienced teacher and her yoga is unique and satisfying. I highly recommend practicing Yoga Marina as I like to call it
Dr Maya Weinberg
Marina through her wonderful yoga lessons has taught me to reconnect with my body and to listen to its needs. She is a great yoga teacher skilfully supporting a journey of self-discovery of the body and mind. Her sessions comprise several aspects of yoga all essential to well-being (breathing, meditation, and relaxation). With her caring nature, she creates a feeling of nurture and mutual caring within the class. I always go out refreshed, relaxed and stronger from her yoga classes
Laura Bonesi
I have been practising yoga with Marina for more than 7 years (also through COVID). Marina’s classes, which I look forward to every week, and the positive and friendly group – all have had a profound impact on my own dedication to yoga.

Marina is a true inspiration to me. Her yoga classes teach me ways of being rooted in the world with acceptance and humbleness
